Simply select 'local pickup' when you check out and we will set your order aside for you. You will receive a confirmation email.
Of course. You have 14 days from receiving your online order to request a return. We require that items are unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition. To begin, just log into your account and follow the simple steps: account.andreafolino.com
You have 7 days for in-store returns.
All returns are for store credit only.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The easiest way is to return your item for store credit and place a new order for the piece you’d like instead—always simple, always flexible.

Yes, you can use your physical gift card for online purchases. If your card was purchased before October 2025, just give us a call at (484) 267-2939, or email us at hello@andreafolino.com and we’ll take care of everything for you. Grazie for your kindness and patience as we grow.
